External devices should have an eject or unmount option on their Launcher icon

When I plug a USB memory stick into a system running 11.04 and Unity, a USB icon appears in the Launcher. If I right click on this to get a context menu, I get several options: Open, Eject, Safely Remove.

However, if I plug a Firewire HDD in, while it is happily automounted, and I do get a Firewire icon in the Launcher, the only option in the context menu is Open. No option there at all to unmount, eject, or whatever.

Even worse, when I plug in an eSATA external HDD, it is mounted, but NO icon appears at all in the Launcher, thus no way to safely unmount the HDD before removing it.
