Bug Description
Binary package hint: unity
Every time i drag & drop anything in a program, launcher thinks, it's something for it. After launcher doesn't get it, the fine is: It stays onTop of your other windows. I couldn't figure out a way to get rid of this behavior. Changing setting in ccsm (ubuntu plugin) to autohide launcher doesn't work too.
A scenario for reproducing:
1) Install for example Akregator
2) Feed it with some feeds :)
3) To sort the feeds, drag and drop them around
4) Have a look at launcher
5) Go to any other maximized window and see that launcher still stays ontop (and seems to be wating for its goodies)
