Hello Andre, thank you for your report. To keep things simple, we try to only track one issue per bug report! The two bugs you've found are:

  * Bug #681348 ('Add "show me the desktop" keyboard or Unity dock shortcut')
  * Bug #728927 ('Unity Min,Max,Close buttons not available in Libreoffice')

Which would you like me to dup this against?

see bug 750186 for the "show desktop" issue we have bug 681348
