Bug Description
Binary package hint: unity
This is happening to me quite often, but so far I couldn't reproduce it. It seems random, but I'm going to do more testing. The weird thing is, that even after restarting compiz, the lounger behaviour is not fixed. Anything else seems to work perfectly, so the launcher is basically functional, it's just not hiding. The only way to make it work is a logout/login.

There have been a few cases fixed in trunk, where auto-hide stopped working, you'll see that version of unity on the day Ubuntu-11.04 releases as a 0day SRU.
(It might be better if we had it somewhere for people to test and verify the fix, before release)
