Adding Eclipse to "Unity Luncher" fails.

Bug Description
I downloaded Eclipse form their website (Eclipse from apt is missing documentation and there for completely useless. ) I started eclipse form the command line like normal. It showed up in the "Unity Launcher" and i right-clicked on the icon and said "Keep in Launcher". I closed eclipse and now when i click on the button it just pulses and then does nothing, no error message, it just fails.
Solution: Install Gnome 3
