Bug Description

Binary package hint: unity

After updating today I reseted Unity with "unity --reset" command because there was an update for humanity theme. After doing that when I clicked on the unity panel it got transparent and the same happened with the launcher. It cannot be clicked after going transparent but the rest works fine. After doing an other "unity --reset" the same thing happened. When the workspace effect it's activated the unity launcher and the panel are shown correctly.
