Hi All,

I had 10.10 running with nvidia drivers installed for GeForce GTX 460

I upgrade to 11.04 using alternative CD and select NO for take latest packages from INTERNET.

After installation completed, I installed the nvidia drivers from Additional Drivers and restarted the system . I got unity working.

Thereafter install 2.6.38-8-generic-pae kernel and after restart I lost unity.

For me the problem occurred only after installing 2.6.38-8 kernel.
