Bug Description
In unity 3.8.8-0ubuntu1.
1. Press Super+W to activate Scale.
2. Click on one of the indicator-menus (e.g. messaging)
Expected: the menu opens.
Observed: the menu appears to open (outline appears around the icon), but is not visible. The outline remains even after exiting Scale.
