Bug Description
Binary package hint: compiz
This is a regression in compiz from Maverick as this was not a problem in Maverick.
when you open the "Open" dialog in chromium its vertical height is so much that much of it goes outside of the screen. In the same way when you start gimp for the first time on a netbook the its toolbars go outside the screen height even they can be resized to reduce their height. I have attached a few screenshots for example.
This happens with resolutions with height less than or equal to 800px (and maybe other resolutions too).

I think this as a real problem since 600px screen height is a common case.
