Libre Office no close,minimize buttons after start

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Nautilus and browse to folder containing any office documents
2. Click on document to open it with Libre Office
3. Libre Office Windows opens without any buttons in the global app-menu panel, you cannot close, minimize the app

After changing to another app and returning to Libre Office window the buttons appear, as well as when opening libre office directly from unity menu
