sometimes the launcher doesn't hide in intellihide mode and don't receive mouse events

This behaviour started this week and occurs once or twice a day.
Suddenly, the launcher doesn't hide and doesn't receive mouse events anymore. The applications are maximized as if the launcher is hidden but are displayed below it.
When clicking on the launcher the application behind it receives the event.
The Super key is still working though.

Running 'unity' in a terminal to reset the session doesn't set it back to an expected behaviour.

If you use Java application like netbeans or libreoffice than the sometimes the launcher dont hide.
