Menu key should open quicklist for the selected item in the launcher

Test case:
1.) Hit Alt-F1 to enter the launcher keyboard-navigation
2.) Hit Cursor-Down a few times (e.g. twice)
3.) Hit the Menu-key to open the quicklist of the currently highlighted launcher-icon
4.) Quicklist should open

Binary package hint: unity

When using the keyboard to access the launcher, the only way to open a quicklist is with the right arrow. To be consistent with context menus elsewhere in the desktop, Unity should support the Menu key for this as well.
