unity launcher freezes when text is dragged

Bug Description
Binary package hint: unity
I was able to reproduce using Opera and QtCreator, in Firefox it did not happen.
Just select some text and drag it. The unity launcher comes up and freezes. It will no longer auto-hide and the buttons won't work.
The dash continues to work normally.

I forgot to mention I am using amd64, Ubuntu 11.04.
