Binary package hint: unity
To reproduce:
* Press Alt+F1 to initiate keyboard navigation
* Press the down key until to the workspace switcher launcher item
* Press the left key to open the (non-existent) quicklist
Result:
* Keyboard navigation doesn't end (launchers still unfolded)
* Last focused window gets active but has no focus (e.g., can't write in a terminal)
Probably just not allow to open the quicklist on the workspace switcher launcher item.
