I'm not sure how keyboard shortcuts are speced for customization, so I've added an ayatana-design task.

It's the same with expo (Aka Workspace-Switcher). I wanted to change the Super+S shortcut to Super+E (for Expo) to use Super+S for Select in "Group and Tab Windows". Nevertheless now both shortcuts (Super+E and Super+S) open Expo. It seems to be impossible to remap Super+S.

Completely deactivating the Expo (and Scale) plugins seems to remove the "ghost" shortcuts (i.e. Super+E when Expo is configured to use some other key via CCSM).

However, after enabling and disabling the plugins (in different orders), the "ghost" shortcuts vanished completely even when Expo is enabled. I'm not exactly sure what happened, and reproducing it seems difficult, though.

I also have the same problem with remapping Alt-Esp to close windows and Alt-F2 to switch to workspace two. The former does not do anything and the latter switches to workspace two and opens the "Run Command" dialog (to which it was mapped before).

I am running Unity 3.8.10.

Closing considering it's an old bug and the problem you're describing should be already fixed.
