Bug Description
When pressing Alt + F1 to navigate to the launcher, selecting an item, and pressing either right arrow or shift + F10 to open the quicklist, it is not possible to navigate through quicklist options with the arrow keys. In addition, it is also not possible to either select a quicklist item with enter, or close the quicklist with left arrow or escape.
This is with unity 3.6.4/trunk rev 945.
