Bug Description
Unity settings - for example, top menubar transparency and others - are "hidden" within Compiz settings. Therefore, in order to tweak, the user must install ccsm (the Compiz settings manager app from package compizconfig-
There should be an easier way to access these settings, and/or information on how to reach the settings should be provided.

Maybe these settings could be placed in the Appearance Preferences where the Visual Effects tab used to be? Then it could just be called Unity Settings or something similar.
