Bug Description
Running Ubuntu 11.04 Alpha 3 and Unity 3.6.0-0ubuntu2.
The windows only loses focus when Hide Launcher in Unity plugin settings is set to Dodge Windows or Dodge Active Window.
If I drag a window over the launcher so it hides and then continue dragging it off so the launcher reappears, the launcher steals focus from the window I am dragging even though I can still drag it. This results in me having to click on the window again to regain focus and continue using it.
Another specific case this happens is with Unity set to Dodge Active Window and having an focused window behind the launcher and a unfocused window away from launcher. When I Alt-Tab to the window away from the launcher, the launcher will appear and steal focus from the window.
This is an extension of bug #728690 which only describes this effect when maximizing and restoring a window, an action which also causes the launcher to hide, appear, and steal focus.

also the "end, maximize and minimize" bottons, if the windows is not maximized, are not enlighted when the mouse moves on it
