Bug Description
Binary package hint: unity
When I open a right click menu on a launcher and then close that menu, Compiz raises the window under the pointer. This is probably easier to describe in steps:
* With any window in focus, maximized or unmaximized, right click a launcher.
* Close the menu by clicking anywhere or pressing Escape, with the pointer outside the focused window.
* Note that the window under your mouse pointer has been raised without user input.

Also, cf bug 729254: "for instance, right now, I can get to a no focus condition by dragging windows around, with wobbly enabled, so that the launcher hides; or, indeed, minimising a fullscreen window"
