Unity panel and launcher show up on unlock screen

Binary package hint: unity

When unlocking the screen after Ctrl+Alt+L or resuming from standby, the unlock screen doesn't cover Unity's top panel and launcher bar (I cannot interact with the items, but it's "live" as the datetime indicator updates the time). FWIW, notification bubbles also seem to pop-up in front of the unlock screen.

Tested with i915 and nouveau on an up-to-date Natty.
