Lost the focus for a minimized window (Nautilus)

Hi! I can't focus a windows minimized with the left panel in Unity.
Step:
- Open a lot of applications.
- Launch Nautilus.
- Minimize Nautilus.
- Click in Nautilus in the left panel of Unity >>> Bug: Nautilus is not show.

You only can restore that window with Alt+Tab.

This same kind of focus happens on Spotify also. However what happens is that unity does not recognize the application at all.

If I start spotify again then the system can't since it is still running but unity can't open the application.

if I kill spotify and then start it again then a new entry in unity is created and that one gets focus for spotify.

The old entry does not bother at all about the application. Right clicking on the entry also shows that the application is not pinned but is still listed in the application listing.

Can you please confirm if this is still an issue? There has been a lot of work recently on the launcher code and I believe this might have been fixed (maybe not the matching issue on spotify).

If this is Triaged on Unity (Ubuntu), why is it Incomplete on Unity?

@Neil: I just try with the daily build and the installer not worked :(
I can't confirm you, but the steps are simple. Anybody could run the steps, please? Thanks.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but this is still affecting me with Unity 3.8.4. Oddly, if I have a maximized window open on the same workspace, restoring minimized windows works fine.
