You can confirm it? I just tried it again with Unity 0.2.12-0ubuntu1 and I don't get a crash anymore. Instead I'm getting three deprecation warnings from pygtk:

$ python unity-crash.py
** Message: pygobject_register_sinkfunc is deprecated (GtkWindow)
** Message: pygobject_register_sinkfunc is deprecated (GtkInvisible)
** Message: pygobject_register_sinkfunc is deprecated (GtkObject)

I cannot reproduce this issue either anymore. I'm assuming it got fixed during our clean-up of our Mutter and libwnck-related code. Please re-open if you come across it again at any point.
