dash doesn't open when mouse right-click menu is open

This is a minor bug, but I noticed that when the mouse right-click menu is open in some applications (tested on "Nautilus" (the file browser) and "VLC"), the Dash menu (Unity's "Start Menu") doesn't open when pressing the 'Super' key. Instead it does nothing, but when I close the right-click menu (by clicking elsewhere on the screen; pressing 'Alt' also worked for me) the Dash menu opens as if it's buffered the 'Super' key input. When tested on the right-click menu on other applications ("Google Chrome"), the same behavior didn't occur - it simply closed the right-click menu and opened the Dash menu right away.
