exit/close panel should show labels

Apologies, but I have not been able to figure out where this bug should lodged against.

Not everybody is computer savvy enough (or just old) to realize what each symbol stands for and likewise not cluey enough to hover the mouse so there should be labels permanently visible underneath each symbol.

Hello,
For Unity in 16.04, it will now print the label under each options.

And if you're using gnome, I think there is no such problem as there is no graphical icons anymore.
