Bug Description

When clicking on apps in the launcher, you get a rotating circular mouse pointer (busy) and nothing happens.

This behaviour is not reproducible but appears to occur after a long day of uptime and is very intermittent. You can go days or even weeks without this problem occurring.

On my most recent event (last night), I also had very slow network response on the affected machine while other client machines on the same network were ok.

The only solution is to reboot.
