Most likely kernel issue. Downgrade to 4.2 and see if that helps.

I will try to identify the root cause instead of playing with fire, but thanks anyway.

All opened apps work fine and I can open a terminal from keyboard so if there are logs I can check once I get the next freeze, let me know.
