Bug Description
Tooltips from Nautilus and Gedit side panel are displayed on top of Unity quicklists. Probably other GTK programs are also manifesting that problem. This is in Zesty and happens only with mouse navigation.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Nautilus or Gedit
2. Move the window so the side panel is close to the launcher
3. Open quicklist with mouse
4. Hover over one of the items in quicklist
Expected behavior the quicklist item is highlighted.
What happens is that the quicklist item is highlighted but on top of it I get the black tooltip from Nautilus side panel displaying the path of directory.
