Wrong window focus when switching workspaces in dual-screen setup

Bug Description
I have a dual screen setup and 6 different workspaces. One of the screens has a fullscreen smuxi client with the window set to 'Always on the working area' (the one below 'always above').
When I switch to another workspace (using Ctrl+Alt arrow) and then come back, the fullscreen smuxi window incorrectly takes the focus. Put it in another way, Unity doesn't remember which window had the focus.
