Bug Description
Sometimes when I click on any of the icons in the Unity Panel (volume, clock, etc.), it causes a segfault in Unity which causes Compiz to restart (which also kills all GUI-based applications, including my VirtualBox VMs). It seems to occur randomly, although it never seems to happen immediately - only after the machine has been sitting a while. Sometimes it can be after a few hours, sometimes it'll go weeks without this happening.
I've attached an except from my syslog starting at where the error occurs until the last line of errors (i.e. the next line is Compiz/Unity restarting)
