Bug Description

I'm experiencing an issue where Unity takes a long time (5+ minutes) to load, and when it finally loads, it creates a pop-up error message window that says:

Could not apply the stored configuration for monitors
could not set the configuration for CRTC 95

I have attached a screenshot of the error message window.

I have two monitors (one 1920x1200 and another 1920x1080).

And, I have switched them around Settings -> Screen Display (the second monitor is on the left).

I noticed after the error message window popped-up that the second display was restored back to the right in Screen Display settings.

The graphic card I'm using is Nvidia GTX 650 Ti.
