Bug Description

after updating to current release (9/26/2016 - Ubuntu 16.04), The launcher now shows on both windows (dual window system - where I only want primary screen to show launcher). Launcher is not hidden. Display option would not modify any Launcher settings. Found solution was to run ccsm and change Window / display / Launcher to primary screen only. This worked. THis suggests that Display is no longer modifying the correct variable.

I actually have an appreciation for this feature. I am surprised it's on the bug list.

Well, if you want to be able to hide the launcher again, and there's no setting, I see a reason for disappointment.

I don't want to 'hide' one launcher vs. the other, I want to only have one launcher when using multiple windows. This was how previous versions of Ubuntu operated - just because you have an appreciation for the feature is not a reason for a wide spread - far reaching modification of the user interface. Just fix the switch which already resides on the settings / display tool
