Bug Description

Yesterday I wanted to move a 10GB file to FAT16 or FAT32 usb stick. I didn't think about it at the time, but these file systems don't allow files bigger than 4GB, so after a lot of time had passed I got an error that the file is too big. It would be great if this will be checked before trying to transfer / copy the file and pointed out the user that this is a file system limitation. (Possibly, nautilus could even offer to split the file, but I guess that's another thing.)

This feature would be pretty nice, it's not on 19.04. Thanks.
