Caja crashes when emptying trash from the desktop

Bug Description

Ubuntu-mate 16.04.
Release 16.04.1 LTS (Xenial Xerus) 64-bit
Kernel Linux 4.4.0-31-generic x86_64
MATE 1.12.1

 When trying to empty trash from the desktop (by doing a right-click on the Rubbish icon and choosing "empty Rubbish from the drop down menu) caja crashes - can not open any windows anymore. The only way out is to kill caja process in the System monitor. Emptying trash from the open windows works ok.

Correction: caja does not crash, the bug is due to the pop up "empty rubbish" menu opens in the wrong display (TV instead of PC monitor) on a dual monitors setup
