xenial: Workspace Switcher does not change its state when switching is made through the quicklist

Workspace Switcher on the Unity Launcher does not change its visual state, i.e. does not reflect the position of the active workspace when switching is made through the quicklist.

[How to reproduce]
1. Make sure that workspaces are enabled and the default 2x2 workspaces configuration is used.
2. Make a right-mouse-button click on the Workspace Switcher on the Launcher to reveal the quicklist.
3. Click any item in the quicklist other than the current.

[What is expected]
The workspace should be changed to the one chosen in the quicklist and the visual state of the Switcher icon on the Launcher should change accordingly to reflect the switching.

[What happens]
The workspace is indeed switched but the Switcher icon remains the same, as if no switching has occurred.
