User session doesn't start

On wily, after applying latest updates, my user session doesn't start properly. There is only a background, a cursor and context menus but no panel or launcher. Guest session works fine.

I moved away ~/.cache/compizconfig-1 and reset the dconf settings and it somehow fixed the problem.
