Window manager crashes with (_NET_SUPPORTING_WM_CHECK or _WIN_SUPPORTING_WM_CHECK)

Bug Description
After logging into the session, I get an error message showing that:
"Error found when loading /home/user_
Cannot get window manager info properties.
(_NET_SUPPORTIN
As a result the session will not be configured correctly.
You should fix the problem as soon as feasible."
There is nothing wrong with permissions of ~/.profile and ~/.Xauthority.
I can do nothing but logging into tty.

This problem is not an issue for me for a long time. Is there a way to close it?
