missing "open new window" item in launcher sidebar for xterm

It'd be useful to be able to open new `xterm` windows from the launcher sidebar (like it is possible for `firefox` and `gnome-terminal` for example).

This doesn't describe a bug in xterm, but rather a feature request from the desktop packagers.
