Bug Description
Sometimes when I open the terminal app there will be an additional, non-interactive, 'Help' item in the menu bar which blinks in time with the cursor in the terminal. It's visible whether you have the mouse over the menubar or not, as shown in the attached video.
This happens only very rarely so I'm not sure of the triggering conditions, and it also fixes itself after a short amount of time / a few commands are run.

Oh, wow... I never saw a machine asking for help in a such way! :)
Btw, can you please check if keeping a terminal with this command running: Unity.Panel. Service. Desktop --object-path /com/canonical/ Unity/Panel/ Service
- dbus monitor --session --dest com.canonical.
Shows to you something like: Unity/Panel/ Service: com.canonical. Unity.Panel. Service. ReSync ('libappmenu.so',)
/com/canonical/
in sync with the "Help" show?
