Bug Description
The bug happens when I clicked on desktop and pressed menu bar but pressed too many times and many alignment windows opened on top of right click window. I closed these alignment windows then I realized shortcuts and mouse clicks don't respond but for example holding windows button opens keyboard shortcuts window.
Sorry if the attached bug report is not because of this bug but I followed guidelines and generated report using given commands. I can produce the bug whenever I want but whole system locks down and I need to use ctrl alt f1 consoles to restart (yes they work well)

Thanks for the bug report.
I can't reproduce this bug, is it possible that you have set some keyboard shortcuts that might cause this behavior?
Also, could you explain what you mean by "alignment window"?
