Dash search not performed in all active plugins

Bug Description
Whenever i perform a search in the dash home the searched terms are not searched against all the active plugins. Instead I generally only see wikipedia and weather information.
If i manually activate a plugin in the "refine search" menu, then the desired results pop-up. Eg. if I search "engadget" i only get the wikipedia entry, bur if I manually activate the firefox bookmarks plugin, then the bookmark entry is displayd.
In my experience this really hampers the usefulness of the dash home, which is supposed to be fast and easy general-purpose search feature.
