Bug Description

The letters in the titles of the non-focused windows have hints of blue and red. It looks like sub-pixel antialiasing done wrong.

This strange effect can also be seen in screenshots (see the attached file).

I don't believe that is a driver bug. To me it looks like a blur has been applied to the unfocused titlebar. Unity?
