Bug Description
In unity launcher, launcher arrow at the left side of launcher icon should reflects the number of application instance. However, that arrow icon does not changed "immediately" when I run another instance of an app or remove one instance.
Test)
1. Run an application -> 1 arrow
2. Run another instance of this application -> should be 2 arrows, but 1 arrow
3. make one of instance minimize or move it to another workspace -> then one arrow changed to two arrows.
4. Terminate an instance -> should be 1 arrow, but 2 arrows
5. do as 3. -> arrow changed
