Lock screen does not work

Bug Description

I just installed ubuntu 14.04 amd 64bit, The lock screen does not work when i lock the screen the screen goes blank and when i move the mouse or press a key it does not as for my password and allows access to my desktop.

Please try to run the command:
gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.lockdown disable-lock-screen "false"

And test it again.
