Korean Characters are not displayed on Unity, but Question Marks are.

Bug Description

On Ubuntu 14.04 beta2, as well as the finally released version Ubuntu 14.04, Korean letters are not showed for program(directories, files, etc) titles on Unity(Dash).
Please see the attached picture.

Also, all Korean users who is testing 14.04 found a problem regarding the Korean fonts. Letters are cut a couple of pixels on the top. Please see attached screenshots. The filename 1404_font.jpg shows the problem, and the filename 1204_font.jpg show what it is supposed to.

Hi! today i install ubuntu 14.04 public release, then i can't korean language, and also I can't see korean letter in application name.
I can see '???' character when korean letter used case.

I was install ubuntu 14.04 at last tue. Then I can't exactly view in unity icon menu title of korean letter.
Just, I can see '???' character.I can't understand this situation.
