Firefox pop-up window gets under upper panel and window buttons cannot be accessed

Steps to reproduce:

1) Open A Firefox page that has a link that open a pop-up window
2) Click on the pop-up window

What should happen?
Window upper part should be accessible (close/max/min buttons and so on).

What happens?
The upper part of the window opens below the upper panel and the window is not maximized, the window cannot be managed before moving it down.

I attach a video with the issue. This is a setup with two screens, it happens in both screens (when the pop-up opens in the second screen after clicking a pop-up link in the main screen it also gets under the Unity upper panel).
