Bug Description
It seems that unlike any previous Ubuntu version the following feature will not work on Trusty Tahr:
When you use the middle mouse button (usually the scroll wheel) on a window's title bar it used to be put in the background, revealing the windows that where right below it. This seems to be gone. Right now the middle click has no useful function on my install. I can only guess this might be connected locally integrated menus which have been introduced this cycle, so I'm opening this against Unity - hope thats correct. In any case I'm not using locally integrated menus but the default global menus.
I'd really hope to see this function return as it is an efficient and easy windows management feature.
