Bug Description

After a fresh install I see the keyboard shortcuts for unity.

It has a cross in a circle in the top left corner. Clicking on this does nothing.

The only way to get rid of it is to open the dash.

This dialog should be also closed by Esc key or simply clicking on desktop. This is possible with shutdown and logout dialogs but not with this new introductory Unity shortcut screen.
