Bug Description
I don't see filters in video lens and this happens in my regular fully updated install and when running daily live image of Trusty.
Previously there was a bug in Trusty where there was no filters in Dash (Bug #1283159) and it got resolved except for video lens which still doesn't have filters.

As part of the big bug review for 16.04 LTS, I have tested this on 15.10 and the bug is still there.
Although I'm sure there are more important bugs to fix.
