when restarted the Ubuntu pc and after logging in, the launcher on left hand side and bar on top aren't seen.

Bug Description
When I faced above issue (mentioned in the subject) I tried to reboot unity on someone's suggest in the Ubuntu forums using the following command.
In the terminal,
> unity --reset
And it stopped at some point mentioning that bug has to be reportwd
