Bug Description
When the screen is locked while a window is in fullscreen, the lockscreen is nearly fully transparent, like shown in the attached screenshot.
Steps to reproduce:
* Make a window fullscreen (e.g. your browser)
* Lock the screen using the keyboard shortcut
A normal user wouldn't even notice the screen is locked, it looks more like the UI froze while locking (that's what I thought too, until I tried if I could still enter my password).
<!-- I sincerely apologize for the following -->
<rant>
Seriously, I appreciate the work done here and love the new look, but this is the 6th bug I found in the new lockscreen (the screenshot also subtly shows this fact). I don't think the new lockscreen can be shipped as it is, not with that much usability/security issues. I know it's in proposed, but since UI freeze is tomorrow and final freeze is less than a moth away, I feel the need to voice my opinion on this.

* When the lockscreen is locked, force paint it on top. This isn't the
perfect fix, but it a lot safer of a fix. (LP: #1291571)
